The festival

Tomorrowland is an electronic music festival held every year in the small town of Boom, near Antwerp, Belgium. It is known for presenting some impressive line-ups, with the best-known names of the most commercial electronic music industry, such as Tiësto, Ferry Corsten, Mark Knight, Kungs or Laidback Luke. But it's not just music; in this festival an impressive staging is mixed, with different types of artists, games of lights, fireworks, etc.

As one of the most popular music festivals in the world, there are more than 300,000 people who attend it from all over the world (more than 75 nationalities) to enjoy a unique and international experience. A lot of people are without the opportunity to attend this event, since the tickets usually run out quickly.

The event in Barcelona

This 2017, for first time, this Belgian giant is going to make a world tour and will land in Barcelona (together with Jerusalem, Gelsenkirchen, Dubai, Malta, Kaohsiung, Incheon and Lebanon) with all its splendour, to offer a great Party with live artists that will delight festivalgoers, in a unique setting: Can Zam, an area of northern Barcelona, close to the sea, and which guarantees a unique experience to all its attendees. Barcelona is in luck; the date is July 29th!

The organization has not given many details of the event in Barcelona, so the line-up is not yet known, however, what is known is that the party will be on July 29th and everything that happens in it will be live broadcast to the main festival in Belgium, so the attendees will be, from 6 pm to 6 am, the centre of the Tomorrowland universe.

Barcelona, world capital

Barcelona can already be considered a world capital, and as such, it is a place with great potential for growth, and a great investment opportunity; the multiple events offered by the city, such as the Mobile World Congress, Futbol Club Barcelona games or the Catalunya Formula 1 Grand Prix, make short-term rents increase their price, so that the owners secure their investment.

This is how Spain Costas put on the hand of investors its exclusive property catalogue and joins the city's value growth proposal but with added value: exclusivity and quality.
